Upper Neuse Water Quality Monitoring

About the Project

In this project, TJCOG partners with stakeholders to develop a suite of Monitoring Design Guidelines that are being developed to help inform nutrient source identification and evaluate the effectiveness of management strategies such as the Falls Lake Nutrient Management Strategy.  This comprehensive and collaborative approach to monitoring in the basin is meant to encourage inter-agency cooperation, streamline data collection and reporting, and provide several key economies of scale.  For more information, visit the Project Website or contact Heather Saunders Benson, Water Resources Senior Planner at hsaunders@tjcog.org or by phone at 919.558.9319.
