Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable invoices, expense reports, purchase orders and generates A/P checks.
  • Process Accounts Receivable invoices and A/R receipts.
  • Process and report payroll.
  • Process allocations and financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Prepare and file bi-weekly and quarterly taxes.
  • Generate W-2s, 1099s and annual tax reports.
  • Maintain accounting and personnel records and files.
  • Assist with human resources functions.
  • Provide administrative support services for COG staff.
