Our Member Services team provides general and customized services to benefit all 42 member communities. With careful consideration of the different and similar challenges for our local governments, we develop valuable and cost-effective programs for individual members or smaller member groups. In addition, Triangle J's Member Services keeps participating government leaders up-to-date on regional initiatives, local government activities, and internal opportunities via The Week Ahead newsletter, press releases, social media, annual reports, and other publications.
Programs and projects which don't fit neatly into the Regional Planning or Aging Departments are administered and coordinated by the Member Services department on an 'as needed' basis. These are initiated to address member interests, concerns, and demands. The object is to provide complete service to all communities within our region.
